Infant

The Maven Education methodology offers a distinctive, innovative approach to education for even our youngest learners. Sightseers (0-3 months), Inquisitors (3-6 months), and Explorers (6-9 months) embark upon their educational journey by exploring the first nine of the character-based traits that will shape their view of the world around them, which include:

Sightseers (0-3 months)

  • Inquiry

  • Patience

  • Communication

  • Attentiveness

Inquisitors (3-6 months)

  • Independence

  • Resilience/Tenacity

Explorers (6-9 months)

  • Collaboration

  • Active Listening

  • Self-Advocacy

These traits directly inspire the daily lessons, which address pertinent technical skills for this stage of development. The technical skills include:

  • Fine and Gross Motor Skills

  • Nervous System Development

  • Attention Span

  • Memory

  • Language Acquisition (including ASL)

  • Early Literacy
